Good to know
Our themed Townhome features an open concept kitchen with living area that leads to the patio with a private plunge pool that is heated to 80 degrees year round for your enjoyment with no extra charge. There is a master suite on the main level as well as a half bath that goes also has access out to the pool deck and living area. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, one bedroom has a king bed with full ensuite bathroom, another has a queen bed with full ensuite bathroom. Then the Harry Potter and Mickey bedrooms each have twin sized bunk beds, and an additional full size bed. These themed kids rooms share a full bathroom that has a bathtub in the hallway. The upstairs also has a movie room loft with a couch and a full size washer and dryer for guest use!

Property is located in the Solara Resort community! Our guests have access to the club house which has a bar and grill, sundries shop, ice cream parlor, expansive water complex with a splash pad, wave simulator, and jacuzzi, a fitness center, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball court, and playground. We are located only 15 minutes from the Disney parks! For guest convenience your condo will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of mini shampoo, mini conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. While these supplies will get you started, you may want to pack some additional supplies to bring with you or plan to purchase some additional supplies after you arrive.

Located in the Solara Resort. Our address comes up on Apple Maps, but G---gle maps doesn't pull it up because the road Cooper Bell is so new. It shows Cooper Bell Pl on the map as Amelia Downs Trl which is the cross street. If you use 2198 Amelia Downs you should be able to then see Cooper Bell as you come in and find 2198, we are a corner unit. I send a picture of the map with our check in message!
Guest Access
Guests will need to drive to the 24/7 Solara gate guard as described in the main check in message to register your car for gate access into our neighborhood. From there you can drive straight to our property and use any parking open parking space in front of our home. You will be given a door code that is programmed for your stay and will be in your check in message that is sent 4 days prior to your arrival. Use your door access code to enter the home directly at anytime after your check-in time.
